Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping: 7–14 business days after shipment.
Express shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment.
Delivery estimates are only predictions and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs or weather.

Shipping Cost & Tracking

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email.

Customs & Duties

International orders may incur customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping price.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will help file a claim with the shipping carrier.
